Holding Space – zine

HOLDING SPACE, WHEN YOU KNOW HOW TO SUFFER YOU SUFFER LESS, BED THERAPY APHORISMS is a zine of aphorisms or short statements expressing a general truth or advice on how to conduct yourself. These aphorisms were taken from notes jotted down during weekly telephone mindfulness sessions in the Plum Village tradition, as established by zen Buddhist master Trich Naht Hahn. The zine is intended to help others ‘ride the waves’ of chronic illness.

If you would like to a free PDF copy of the zine or would like to contribute an aphorism to the next edition please email preciousillness@gmail.com
